Configurable AID for Mobile Keys

Set the application identifier that devices listen to for DOM Mobile Key.

Overview

The application identifier (AID) used by the DOM Mobile Key solution can now be configured, so devices can be told which AID to listen to. This was required to take advantage of NFC being opened up to third-party applications on iOS in Europe, which makes the phone usable as a credential for the DOM Mobile Key solution.

How to Use

Prerequisites

  • Device firmware supporting the configurable AID dialog
  • A DOM Mobile Key deployment with a known AID to configure
