WebSocket Connection Limit

Limited to 10 simultaneous WebSocket connections.

Overview

WebSocket connections to the DOMController are now limited to 10 at a time. Attempting to open an 11th connection results in an HTTP 429 Too Many Requests error, protecting the controller from being overwhelmed by runaway or leaked client connections.
