Session Auto-Timeout

Local and SSH sessions are automatically closed after a period of inactivity.

Overview

To reduce the risk of an unattended, still-authenticated session on a DOMController, local and SSH sessions are now automatically terminated after a configurable period of inactivity.

Available since: Version 26.01 (March 2026 · API v33)

How to Use

Session timeout applies automatically to local and SSH sessions; no additional configuration is required to benefit from the protection.
